Lied to Bought 2 cars in a matter of months. Same salesman named sean - who they state no longer there. First was a used car being a maryland resident - was Bought 2 cars in a matter of months. Same salesman named sean - who they state no longer there. First was a used car being a maryland resident - was told give receipt for maryland inspection will reimburse. Salesman stalling advising check is coming ... never responds etc... Then another person calls tells me, salesman no longer there etc and I will be reimbursed but salesperson lied to me. Still no check. Second- made an appointment brought everything I needed. Car dusty dirty all inside. I was peeling tape pieces off the car for two days after sale. Never cleaned for me. Finance person extremely pushy. Wanting a warranty etc to be bought. Had to tell him no over and over for ten minutes. No trunk mat. No paperwork showing what I got with the car. Still don't know who I am financed thru. Called to speak to a manager and they brushed me off yesterday. Told me to look at my papers again. Again they never gave me this. Believe the detail boy left trunk mat out. More
