Unfortunately due to an accid My salesperson is awesome. I worked with Crissy Betty (Porter Hyundai, Newark) in January 2016 to purchase an Elantra. Unfortunately due to an accident that was not my fault, the car was totaled 6 months later. I worked with Crissy again this past July. She contacted me right away, was in constant communication and searched for exactly what I wanted. She provided a lot of information so that I was equipped with all the knowledge I needed before making my purchase. She also got down to the bottom line without me having to waste my time (or hers) on lots of haggling. I was in contact with several other dealers during the beginning of the process, but quickly let them know that I would be working exclusively with Crissy as what she was offering me was better without wasting my time.
