Jeff and Tom the manager said they had exactly the truck i was looking for and with no haggle at all the price was right were I wanted to be. I drove it home that night. The follow up to ensure I had a great experience was very thoughtful and appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership. Great team! With my lease-end date approaching for the 2013 Town & Country I was driving, about 6 weeks out, I called the dealer on Staten Island that I had lease With my lease-end date approaching for the 2013 Town & Country I was driving, about 6 weeks out, I called the dealer on Staten Island that I had leased from (which obviously was not Port Jeff.) Not helpful. First, the salesman didn't give me a firm answer each of the three times I called, saying "let me look into it and I'll call you back." Each time he never called back, so I had to chase him. Very off-putting. Then he finally quoted a monthly payment way above what I had been paying under the current lease and refused to negotiate. Buh-bye. I then called a new Chrysler dealership that had opened down the block from my house. Thought I was in luck. But the salesperson there basically said "You got a very aggressive lease, and there's nothing I can do to come close, and wanted a bunch of money down." Sounded like she couldn't wait to get off the phone. Buh-bye. Finally, I found the level of service, responsiveness, flexibility and all-around "can do" attitude with sales professional Rob G. and the straightforward well-coordinated team at Port Jeff Chrysler. We basically started and concluded the deal over the phone in about 15 minutes, arranged financing over the phone the same day -thanks Donna!- and I came in the next day, and signed on the deal we had agreed upon. A higher monthly payment but still do-able, and certain dealer concessions that were essential from my end of the bargain, and that we had mutually agreed upon. The in-person vehicle switch-over portion took about 30 minutes. Rob and colleagues helped physically transfer me and the wife and kids to the new 2015 Town & Country, we shook hands, and I drove off. A clean, efficient, courteous, and relatively painless transaction in all. Rob called two days later to make sure everything was good, and offered to assist if I needed a third set of headphones for the DVD system, since I have three kids. My overall experience was very positive and if this is the case again at lease end next time (i.e. a no-BS deal) they'll have a customer for life. Thanks guys! More

He was very patient as we searched the lot (and online) for a color and feature combination that we liked, but to no avail. We ended up special-ordering our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We were given a 6-8 week timeframe for delivery. We were driving our new car off the lot exactly 6 weeks later- very impressive. We shopped at other local dealerships. Horrible customer service I purchased a 2014 vehicle. Before I left the showroom I noticed a defect on the car. They just told me to take the car and bring it back another time. The only thing that they did not do was physically pick me up and carry me off the lot. Before I left the dealership with my new purchase I called Chrysler's resolutions department. The resolutions department handled the situation and corrected the problem. They were great but the dealership was less than stellar. I like the car but I will never do business with the dealership again. More

Stay Away! So, I have an older model Jeep and needed a power window repaired. Dropped it off with that knowledge. Was called during the day to be informed they didn't have part and had to order it. "Just pay for part, and we'll order it and do the work another day". Fine. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle that evening, there was only a girl behind a window with my keys. I was told I had to pay full amount on invoice. I explained to her to her that no work was done on my car, but she insisted. I got pissed, and she finally got a Sales Mgr., who then had to call Service Guy at home. Mind you, this is all after long day of work! Finally, Sales Mgr. Tells me I just have to pay for part. Fine, right? Except a day later, I get a call from Service Mgr.(Alex)to talk about the INCIDENT that occurred. Incident? What incident?! He tells me that he can't have people yelling at his employees. Thing is, no yelling ever took place! He tells me others confirmed this, except that it was just me and the girl in the whole service Dept.! He then tells me I should have just paid full bill, OR left my car overnight! Really! I guess I should have walked home (25 miles)! The thing is, Alex specifically called me @ 9:00 AM in the morning to tell me this, not to apologize for any misunderstanding! Not to mention that the original quote for my window is about $100.00 more than I was originally told! There is something really wrong with these people and this place! STAY AWAY! More
