Just leased a wrangler from Jeff Bell and his team. - zachary.teller1

Just leased a wrangler from Jeff Bell and his team. They were first class all the way from start to finish. I appreciated the straightforwardness and no typical car dealership games or tricks. When I was ready to pickup the vehicle all the paperwork was done in advance and was in and out in about a half hour. Would recommend port jeff jeep over any other dealership I’ve dealt with in the past.

Wanted to trade in my Lincoln for a beach baby and came - Anty

Wanted to trade in my Lincoln for a beach baby and came across Steve Amato, who was so chill and easygoing. He found me a beautiful Jeep Cherokee L Sumit . At first, I wasn't crazy about the interior color (peanutbutter), but when he and Mike Pellegrino put their heads together, they came up with a fantastic deal that I just couldn't refuse.. with a great trade-in value for my car. And Joe/John in finance, who got me a fantastic warranty on it, I left a happy customer !! I would return ! The dealership is beautiful, the refreshment area and restrooms were immaculate. Thanks guys

Best dealership in Long Island, this would be my 5th - bigkchris16

Best dealership in Long Island, this would be my 5th lease with West islip and it just keeps getting better and better. Working with Jonathan was a breeze, he made everything run smooth and easy. Thats why my daughter and I got our leases together. He got us the numbers we wanted and the Jeeps as well and still was able to watch the Soccer game. Appreciate everything west islip and Jonathan for taking the time to get us our leases without any hiccups, see you guys in 3.

Rich Roberts was an absolute pleasure to work with when - Tougheee

Rich Roberts was an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to my purchase of my 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I highly recommend Rich and Browns to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

The only place I go for our jeeps. - Chrislarusso

The only place I go for our jeeps. Kevin is the only salesman that we work with for four jeeps now. Always fast and perfect. Such a pleasure to deal with. Ask for Kevin!

Purchasing a vehicle from Smithhaven hasn’t been the - rjansalone

Purchasing a vehicle from Smithhaven hasn’t been the problem. We’ve purchased/leased several vehicles and always got a good deal, however, the problems have been service relateThe lack of followip, delays in scheduling an appointment and the getting a loaner. When we purchased the vehicle, getting a loaner, was first and foremost and never a problem ( as per the salesman) but it could take 3 months to obtain a loaner, especially when your car is tied up for days. The biggest issue I have with service, is FOLLOW-UP, COMMUNICATING with a human, and not always feel that I’m being fleeced, especially with bumper to bumper coverage, on my 4th purchase . I’m done with them!

My daughter and I both purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara, - woodssharon024

My daughter and I both purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara, mine on Monday and hers on Wednesday. Best experience ever thanks to Maikel Carmenati, very honest, professional. The day we picked out the one we wanted, is the day we drove it off the lot! I felt like I knew him, very comfortable talking to him, and went over and beyond explaining the vehicle. I thought the finance part of it was going to be long, but it seemed to go so smoothly, thanks again to Rami Massoud.

My car was suddenly dead in my driveway and I had it - Out of Patience

My car was suddenly dead in my driveway and I had it towed to Huntington Dodge Commack because I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased it. They said it was the starter, replaced it and it seemed okay for a few weeks. I got stuck again and had it towed to them again. It has been there for 18 days so far. I was told it would be ready today and now they are saying that the part has not arrived and are blaming UPS. It was ordered 4 days ago. really?? Once the problem is diagnosed they claim 3 days for it to be approved even though they said that it is covered. Once approved another 3 days to order the parts. They replaced the PTM - now they think it is the alternator. Was it misdiagnosed the first time? No courtesy vehicle. Big expense with towing and having to Uber to work etc. I feel that they don't want you to come there because it is a warranty repair. The staff has been courteous but the procedures they have to follow are unreasonable. Why not order the part right away? It's MOPAR. If for some reason it is not approved- return it. Very unhappy and greatly inconvenienced.
