Jeff took care of my insurance and turning in my old vehicle and when I went to pick up the new one he just needed a minute or two to take the tags from my old Jeep to my new one, while we were signing the papers with another one of Port Jeff Jeep/Chrysler/Ram's helpful and courteous staff members. Then Jeff helped me program my radio stations and Bluetooth, explained a couple more features of the car we didnt get to earlier and off we went. A truly pleasurable experience. More
