Their sales team and managers are by far the worst people to deal with. They barely took any accountability for this and refused to take the car back. Do not deal with John Moran, he is a constant liar and Mario doesn't know how to handle issues professionally with customers. Brian the service manager is the only person who was helpful. If you want a dishonest sleezy dealership, go here. If not, take your business to the several other Jeep/Dodge dealerships in the area. These guys are terrible!!!!
