Dropped off my 2019 cayenne because of brake problem. This was the second Porsche dealership I went to resolve a squeaking noise on my 2019 cayenne. About 3 months back I took it to the nearest Porsche d This was the second Porsche dealership I went to resolve a squeaking noise on my 2019 cayenne. About 3 months back I took it to the nearest Porsche dealership 10 miles away from where I live. But amazingly they did not even show me any diligence in trying to resolve the problem. Porsche of Tyson corner took the necessary and appropriate action, including getting support from the Porsche headquarter and fixed the problem. Customer service as a whole and particularly my service advisor Bradley Hush was world class support. Even his co-workers were so polite and were very receptive/pleasant. The reason I drove 120 miles away from my home in Richmond, VA is because I read good reviews about Porsche of Tyson Conner service and it paid off. THANKS Porsche of Tyson corner! Thanks Bradley. Terrible Service I took my car to have the CV axle repaired. The repair took 27 days to complete. While still in the repair bay my car was wrecked by an employee. They I took my car to have the CV axle repaired. The repair took 27 days to complete. While still in the repair bay my car was wrecked by an employee. They told me they would get my car fixed and not report it to CarFax. They also promised to give me a rental car for the duration of the repairs for the damage and a discount off the initial repair for the CV Axle. This was promised to me as long as I didn't report the accident to their insurance. 28 days after they wrecked my car they never gave me a rental car and only provided a $300 discount on the $2500 CV Axle repair. I asked multiple times over the course of a week to speak with the GM and was constantly given excuses and a run-around. More
