My experience with Porsche of Tysons Corner can only be described as "A-1" with respect to the extremely competent and most cordial employees at this dealership. I recently had my 2018 Macan evaluated for described as "A-1" with respect to the extremely competent and most cordial employees at this dealership. I recently had my 2018 Macan evaluated for an issue with the brakes. Both the General Manager, Michael Tsamouras, and the Service Manager, Thomas Budd, were extremely helpful and efficient in addressing my concerns, and even provided a VIDEO to show me exactly where the "deficiency" was located. I've never experienced such TOP NOTCH service with any previous car dealerships. Hence, I highly recommend Porsche of Tysons Corner if you need any services performed or just wish to experience the positive attitude and the superb efficiency of an outstanding company. More

The single worst Porsche dealership experience I've ever had I contacted Porsche Tyson's Corner regarding a used Cayman and 911 I was interested in comparing. AJ Payne was my sales agent and we scheduled a time I contacted Porsche Tyson's Corner regarding a used Cayman and 911 I was interested in comparing. AJ Payne was my sales agent and we scheduled a time for me to come in and take a look at 3 cars (a 718 Cayman, 997.2 911 S and a 991 911) and take them for a test drive. The sales manager, Bryan Cuthbert emailed me about an hour prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm I was still coming in, at which point I confirmed I was still coming. When I arrived at the dealership I asked for AJ and was told he was in a meeting that should be wrapping up any minute now and that he would be out in a few minutes. After 20 minutes, still no AJ. I went inside and inquired again and asked if anyone else could help me and was assured AJ would be out in a minute. After 30 minutes of standing around in a completely empty dealership where I was literally the only customer they had in there, I left having never been helped. It's not just that they wasted my time, but at no point did AJ ever touch base with me to let me know he was running late (nor did he ever apologize for not showing up for our scheduled appointment), nor was there ever an offer to have anyone else help me. I have purchased a number of Porsches from dealerships around the country and I honestly can say this is the single worst Porsche dealership experience I have had. If you're in the metro DC area and are looking for a Porsche, I'd highly recommend looking at any of the other DMV area Porsche dealers. More

He received and delivered it back my car to me within the same day. He is a top-notch customer service representative. I really appreciate him. Talking about customer service...all of his work colleagues are warm and welcomed me and every customer who walks in to the service room warmly...eager-to-help personality that it seems to me that every customer rep in all other businesses/institutions must take training from them. Dealt with Khoa Tran – both sales manager and financial manager at this time. Great guy, easy to talk to, he made an effort to beat other deals. Tested both cars and found flexibility in picking the “right” one and fixing small esthetical issues. Best financing package from Porsche, no add-ons, and no pressure sales tactics – Khoa was awesome. I also have to commend Ramin Shahpur for his support during the two weeks process and after sale. Test drives, options, emails back and forth, never missed a call; knows how to make you feel like he is in your corner. More
