Worst experience ever! I took my1997 993 Porsche in on Feb 11 when I picked up my new Taycan 4s because the odometer wasn’t working and to check the car. When they brought i I took my1997 993 Porsche in on Feb 11 when I picked up my new Taycan 4s because the odometer wasn’t working and to check the car. When they brought it out it stalled and I had to jump start it to get it all the way home. When I drove it the first time all the warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree and the odometer wasn’t working either. I took it back and they sent the odometer to California for a repair. Now today after 2 1/2 months they call and say it needs a new alternator that they have to order. They should have known that the first day. I think 3 months is too long for repairs. They also never return my calls. I need to find a different location for when my Taycan needs service because I have absolutely no confidence in Porsche Tucson. More

This is probably one of the most professional and down to earth dealerships I've ever been to. They had the color of used Challenger I had been wanting for awhile. So what was the difference? Transparency, integrity, and passion for autos. Dylan began the shopping experience with me and finished the purchase process with me; no guy at the end of the hall to sell you ceramic coating, and no tactics were used. He was your partner from the beginning to post-purchase follow-ups. Dylan Young is a car guy (who tracks his own Porsche), sharing knowledge and going the extra mile to help his clients to achieve their car ownership goals. Meeting a humbling young man with a hospitality background and a passion for the brand is pretty refreshing. This is a perfect match for Porsche Tucson. I honestly knew very little about Porsche's heritage, and Dylan took the time to teach me about the history, the passion, and the purpose behind the brand. I have always been a corvette guy, buying the new ones as they come out. (I still am) I was looking for a small fun car to play around with, BMW, Jag, AMG, and Porsche, but they didn't hold a candle to the track-ready Boxster S. (YouTube is full of significant comparisons) I realize I'm still in the honeymoon phase. Still, I haven't driven my new C-8 since I got my Porsche. This is more than just a fun car; it's a piece of a heritage built for the driver enthusiast, simply more than I bargained for; you "feel it." I look forward to tracking it with Dylan someday and am even more excited that my wife wants to trade her Jaguar in for a new Macan. My experience with Dylan and Porsche Tucson made the next car decision easy for us. I look forward to seeing what may come next now that the light has been switched on, a GT4?
