Based upon my experience purchasing a new 911 Porsche from Porsche Tucson I can only say that this Chapman dealership sets the standard for sales and service. We bought a new Tacan 4s from Andrew Stevens and his devotion to the brand was admirable. There was a production delay but he kept us up to date and informed. We had issues with the service area on anot devotion to the brand was admirable. There was a production delay but he kept us up to date and informed. We had issues with the service area on another car we had brought in for repair but eventually Paul Meescheidt the service manger took care of them. I can't say enough compliments about Samantha Bell who is a tremendous asset for the dealership. She went above and beyond to assure we were taken care of in all areas of the business even areas she was not directly involved in which is what I would hope for in a high end car dealership. Worst experience ever! I took my1997 993 Porsche in on Feb 11 when I picked up my new Taycan 4s because the odometer wasn’t working and to check the car. When they brought i I took my1997 993 Porsche in on Feb 11 when I picked up my new Taycan 4s because the odometer wasn’t working and to check the car. When they brought it out it stalled and I had to jump start it to get it all the way home. When I drove it the first time all the warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree and the odometer wasn’t working either. I took it back and they sent the odometer to California for a repair. Now today after 2 1/2 months they call and say it needs a new alternator that they have to order. They should have known that the first day. I think 3 months is too long for repairs. They also never return my calls. I need to find a different location for when my Taycan needs service because I have absolutely no confidence in Porsche Tucson. More
