Satisfied Cayman Customer Arrived just prior to reservation time for scheduled Cayman maintenance. There was an active maintenance discount coupon that Pat had used to reduce the bill without having to submit it. Pat is knowledgable and forthcoming with questions about Porsche. When tire pressure is low, he willingly inflates the tires to spec as a drop-in. More

He is a terrific sales person. I have owned a Porsche for all but 15 of the past 20 years while living in Tucson. I took a five year hiatus while I was driving a Mercedes SL 550 just prior to purchasing this most recent Porsche. Following this most recent purchase, the service at this dealership has really deteriorated. Oftentimes, you cannot reach the service desk to make an appointment. Calls left for the service manager when the desk does not answer are typically not returned for 24-36 hours, if then. Several times I have gone to pick up my vehicle and found that it is not ready even tho it was promised to me at a certain time. I live thirty minutes from the dealership and had they called me, I would have gone down much later. Alas, no phone call. The last time, I went to pick up the vehicle which, per the service department, was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I/we found that the problem had NOT been fixed and I was sent home with another loaner only to have to return again the next day. I have taken these issues up with both the service manager for Porsche and the service manager for the dealership in general and the answer is the stock reply "we are short handed right now". so, my question, essentially, is when are they NOT short handed, as this has been going on for three years now. In all fairness, if dealerships are going to sell certain makes and models, they need to be prepared to service them in a timely, respectful and smart-minded way without lame, chronic excuses like this one. Doubtful I would buy another vehicle from this dealer. Next time, I will probably go to Phoenix and also have the car serviced up there. More

They dealership was great to deal with from the beginning and continues to be great today. I've just finished a service that took a full day and they were wonderful about getting me a loaner, a Porsche Cayenne loaner no less. I have always worked with Pat Volk for service and cannot say enough about how excellent he is. He never fails to make sure his customers are properly treated and fully satisfied with every single element of the service.
