Customer Service We purchased a 2013 Porsche Boxster from Chapman Porsche of Tucson on February 19, 2019. We were issued a temporary registration which expired on Apri We purchased a 2013 Porsche Boxster from Chapman Porsche of Tucson on February 19, 2019. We were issued a temporary registration which expired on April 5, 2019. The date of temporary registration came and went, I then attempted to contact our salesman and the management team at the dealer but with negative results. On April 10th I left voicemails for all of the management team and no one returned my call. On April 11th I sent an email to all of the management team again with negative results. I was then contacted bu our salesman who stated our vehicle needed an emission test prior to the registration being issued. I told our salesman we reside in Eloy, Arizona and no vehicle emission test is required. The salesman again stated we will need an emission test. I then contacted the State of Arizona Vehicle Registration Division and Emissions Testing who verified no emission test was needed because we reside in Eloy. I then contacted our salesman back who again advised we needed an emission test. On April 19th and employee of the dealer picked up or vehicle for emission testing and returned our car the same day. The salesman advised we would have our registration on April 23rd, the day came and went without our registration arriving. I texted our salesman on April 23rd to inquire about the registration, no response. On April 24th I sent our salesman an email and he advised he would look into the registration issue when he got in the office. As of this complaint being filed we still have no response. More

The collaboration with Audi is appropriate and useful. I was technically finicky in purchasing the 911 and my requests were accommodated and accompanied by a thorough answering of my questions. More

Dealer had to figure out the meaning of a CarNet message I received a warning that there was a problem in my Driver Assistance Systems, that it may not be possible to unlock or lock my Tiguan remotely. I left the car at the dealership but the message was as cryptic to the service adviser as it was to me. After 3 hours I was informed that it was just a key battery problem. The CarNet messages should be more specific to prevent the service from wasting valuable time with diagnostics. More

Awesome experience Andrew Stevens was an amazing sales person. I have been researching the new 2019 Cayenne since I saw it at the LA Auto Show in December 2017. Andrew Andrew Stevens was an amazing sales person. I have been researching the new 2019 Cayenne since I saw it at the LA Auto Show in December 2017. Andrew was polite and patient, and new every detail about the 2019 Cayenne. He did not push or act superior. I have found many sales people to be condescending, especially to a female. I appreciated that he knew in detail about all the Cayenne features; so many sales people cannot do this. In addition, he explained that I could contact him at anytime if I needed help with the high tech 2019 SUV. Needless to say, Andrew gave me a great deal, and my husband and I are now the proud owners of a new 2019 Cayenne. Thank you, Andrew!! More
