Chris Gibson was my service representative and he did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress of finding the problem and then the time frame for return of the car. The car works great now: I even took it to Tahoe the day I got it back from the service department. More

Richard Presley was patient and thorough and his post sale engagement has been remarkable. No sense at all that he or the dealership is a "sale and forget" dealership. More

Fred Vand was very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process, suggesting features we had not considered and advising us on how to best configure the car. At delivery, he patiently walked us through all the features and got us on our way! Thank you for a very pleasant buying experience. More

I mistakenly was dealing with someone else who was trying the typical salesman nonsense, but as soon as I realized my error I asked Paul to step in and assist. Not only did I get a great deal, but Paul was willing to accommodate me and my fears of being stuck in awful 405 traffic for eternity by pushing finance to get me in and out and making sure everything was a-ok on the deliver end. This is my first Porsche experience after coming from many high end dealers, and so far it's been great. I highly recommend Paul and most likely will go to him again to custom order my next Porsche. I have not driven a Porsche, nor have I sat in one, or even been around them. I have a rough idea of why they're popular as a lot of my friends own the GT3RS, some own 911 Turbos and two have 918 Spyders. I was swinging by Apple to replace my screen since I dropped my phone this morning, I drove past a dealership and decided to swing in. I have been saving for a while and while my goal is to snag an Huracan, I decided it would be cool to check out a GT3RS since so many people that I know love them. I walked in about two hours ago, and was not greeted by anyone. I noticed that the employees I did see were busy with customers - no problem, I walked over to a few GT3 models and began looking around. A manager walked by and asked if I had been helped yet - I said not yet, but I'm in no rush. He told me that the three salespeople in that cubicle were free and they'll help me. I continued to look around the car until they walked away from their cubicle. I did not want to grab them as it seemed like they were busy with a joke or something - they were laughing at something. A girl named "Kelly" came out and greeted me. I asked her what the difference between the regular GT3 and the GT3RS are, I mentioned that I had recently let go of my GTR and it would be cool to have more ideas for what is next. She shocked me when she responded condescendingly with "We don't let any kid just come in and drive these. We get dreamers all the time. Try the driving experience up the road if you want to joyride." I was thrown back, puzzled and responded "Okay... well, I don't need to drive it - and wasn't intending on it. I'm curious what the differences are, it looks like it's a sport package... so brakes, suspension and aero?" She seriously looked at me. Turned around, and walked away. I had no idea what had happened, felt moderately uncomfortable and continued to look around the car. I spent about 5 more minutes uncomfortably standing there before I began to walk out. The Manager jumped out and said "Wait! Did you get a chance to check those out? Hey David! David come help this young man." David came over and asked if I had been helped, I said I don't know where the sales person went, she just walked away while we were talking. Without a goodbye or be right back. I was confused. He offered for me to drive the car. I was in a rush and on the phone with Mia and said I would pass - "I am just curious as to why the car is so popular, to me it looks like the rest of the 911 series." He said hold that thought and insisted I drive it, then asked the Manager who declined the offer and told me that it was on consignment. I said it's really okay, on second thought - I'm pretty busy and I can google these questions. I am going to take off now... Thanks... David insisted that I did not leave and offered to drive a "Turbo S". I told him that I'm really not interested in a "Daily" as I don't think there is a better daily than a Tesla, especially at the price range. He grabbed the keys and said "Come on, it's a 200K car!", so I said sure and went for a drive. The car was quick but I let him know I was not interested in it with all due respect, it's just not my taste. He said no problem and we began to head back to the dealership. I looked over at his phone and he had a photo of me on it... I asked him if he googled me and if that is my Forbes page. He said "Uhhm. Yes. It is." I paused for a second and asked if he was sending it in a text... he replied "Yes. I am." I asked if he was sending it to his boss... he replied "Yes... well. Ok. Well listen, you know... my co workers were laughing because "here comes another f***ing kid thinking he can afford a Porsche. What a f***ing joke. someone let him take some pictures so he will leave." "I wanted to prove them wrong..." he assured me. Then he followed up with "So did your parents give you money? like what do you even do for a living?" I stared at him and said "I don't think I'm interested. Thanks." He persisted that he should take my cell number. I said sure. I walked out of that place with one of the worst feelings and worst experiences I have had with any car companies. Worse than being laughed at while buying the GTR. So not only was my privacy invaded, not only did they laugh and say "Parents money", and not even that three sales people were telling jokes and laughing about me. But the fact that I wasted an hour that I could have spent working or being productive. This was the most pretentious and the worst experience I have had with any car company at any time. Hands down. To follow it up David told me that I just need to get used to this kind of treatment at my age. I don't think I will ever be a fan of the Porsche after this... More
