I have bought 3 cars and used their Service Department for years; however, this was the worst experience ever! I picked up my vehicle and my personalized license plate was missing, my wheels remain deface for years; however, this was the worst experience ever! I picked up my vehicle and my personalized license plate was missing, my wheels remain defaced where they wrote (LF for left front and LR for left rear) on my tires in October 2021, and lastly, it appeared as if they had not properly dried my floor mat and carpet as part of an air conditioning repair. Very disappointed with Porsche South Bay!!! More

The staff at Porsche South bay is nothing but the best. I feel a very personalized service the times I am at the dealership. South Bay Porsche is my closest Porsche dealership. I was able to get a loaner and my car was serviced exactly when promised. My service advisor, Kassandra, was very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. Absolutely the worst service experience I have ever experienced with any dealership. Chris Gibson was my service rep. I show up for my service appointment and sit in my car for 15 min. No one comes experienced with any dealership. Chris Gibson was my service rep. I show up for my service appointment and sit in my car for 15 min. No one comes out so I go to Chris's desk where he is on the phone. He's on hold and does not even acknowledge my presence. After another 10 min. he gets off the phone asks for my name and then rudely tells me there is another person ahead of me. I wait in the service waiting area and after another 15 min. he meets with me. He provides me an estimate of $650 for the service and I let him know I will wait. After 4 hours waiting he tells me the service will be $4500 and will not be done today. I ask if he has a rental I could us which he said no even though I heard him tell another customer a rental car will be ready for him when they get their later in the afternoon. I return the next day to get my car and this time Chris is with a customer and again does not acknowledge my waiting to speak with him. The whole time Chris had my invoice on his desk. I had to track down another service rep who grabs the invoice from Chris's desk at which time I pay and get my car. At no time did Chris say anything to me. Absolutely the worst customer service rep. I've ever experienced. More
