Dealing with the purchase was good it was only after I paid for the car that everything when down hill.I was left waiting for 4 hours while the business manager waited to confirm they had my wire for paym paid for the car that everything when down hill.I was left waiting for 4 hours while the business manager waited to confirm they had my wire for payment when she should have let me leave and put the paperwork in the car as it was being pickup later. The their Bank confirmed to me they had my payment but she still made me wait as they hadn't called their Bank. The business manager was the start of my displeasure. The general manager apologized and offered to put a hat in the car for my disabled son which I told my wife about so she went out and bought herself a hat and when the car arrived no hat for my son.Although this is very small $20 vrs the $50k I paid for the car it was very dishearting as she had a hat and he didn't.I called Mina my salesman about the hat and he said he would send the hat immediately but 3 weeks latter no hat so again lipservice was the only service I got.I went to the Porsche dealer here in Phoenix and saw the saleman who sold my older son a Porsche which we would have bought from Pacific had they been men of their word. The sales manager went to the part area and gave me a hat as my older son bought a new Porsche from them so now my son will have his hat and they will have my next purchase as the Cayenne i bought is great. I plan on buying a new Cayenne from them when lease on my Enclave expires in 6 months and my son paid over $100k for his car so a $20 hat cost Pacific $200,000 in sales and my friend's business who told me about Pacific. I came into the dealership for service on the digital display on my 2001 Boxster, and spoke with Richard, whom I have interacted with on a previous car for sale. We were just talking about available car display on my 2001 Boxster, and spoke with Richard, whom I have interacted with on a previous car for sale. We were just talking about available cars, and he directed me to a 2004 911 Anniversary Edition. I told him that I'm not exactly interested in buying a car but I would consider it. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I had a good rapport with him from previous experiences. He told me that this was a rare car, only 1963 made, and the price was lowered (in the really low market of January 2009) from $50,000 to $42,000 and he showed me actual records of the steady price decline. As the car only had 23,000 miles, I accepted and we made a deal with the trade in of the Boxster. To this day I am thankful for my experience, and thankful to Richard, who clearly is an excellent salesperson. I highly recommend Pacific Porsche not only for sales, but for service as well. More
This is the second car I've bought through Mina in a year. He is an excellent salesman. He knows the product well, but more than that he understands the brand brilliantly. Both transactions involved year. He is an excellent salesman. He knows the product well, but more than that he understands the brand brilliantly. Both transactions involved custom orders and the process was flawless. I recommend Mina and Pacific Porsche highly! More
Overall, my experience with this dealership was OK, as far as dealing with Porsche dealers go. After test-driving the car I ended up buying, the salesman told me he would "make me a xxxx of a deal on the far as dealing with Porsche dealers go. After test-driving the car I ended up buying, the salesman told me he would "make me a xxxx of a deal on the car" if I bought it that weekend (before month-end). He also told me that the car, which was a "brass hat" had "full warranty" and was not a "demo." When I returned to lease the car, it turns out that "xxxx of a deal" meant the price already on the car, and JUST before signing a 4 year lease, he confessed that "full warranty" didn't mean full 4-year duration, but instead full coverage and that "brass hat" did in fact mean "demo" thus the warranty was already 9 months old. Then we had to renegotiate a 3 year lease lest I have a leased car out of warranty for 9 months at the end. These "mistakes" made me VERY upset and convey to me that the sales guy was dishonest or dumb or both. I felt misled on these issues. During the negotiation for my "xxxx of a deal" both the salesman and manager explained that the brass hat devalued the car, and since it was an 09 they could not get the new car price for it, but somehow expected me to pick up some of the tab for some rich Porsche executive to have a free Porsche to drive around. I laughed in their face at this point. I don't pay for fringe benefits for Porsche executives; if you want him to drive the car YOU pay for it. Overall, it was an annoying experience but in the end I got a decent deal on the lease. The finance chick was super hot, which helped after dealing with the smokey, frustrating salesman. Since I did not have to do a trade-in, this dealer is getting a better score than if I had to trade-in. There is an especially deep pit in xxxx for Porsche used car managers who value trade-ins, right next to the xxxx SS guards to complete the evil German theme, but in this dealer's case, I digress. So, the Brass Hat had 3500 miles when I got it, and 1.5 months later at 5000 miles the computer tells me I need $250 oil change. After a lot of arguing, the manager agreed to split the oil change with me, and confessed that the oil is not REQUIRED to be changed until 10k. They should have changed the friggin oil before selling it to me; no one wants to spend $250 on an oil change for a "new" car that they have had for less than 2 months. The service people have always been very helpful, I must say. More than most Porsche dealers. And boy that finance manager chick is hot! More
Had a great time with my transaction, a cayman S. Mina was very easy to work with--no pressure tactics, and very affable. I bought a new Porsche at Pacific about 3&1/2 years ago and recently traded that vehicle in and leased a new Porsche. In between I came in numerous times to explore possible deals and just to see what was and recently traded that vehicle in and leased a new Porsche. In between I came in numerous times to explore possible deals and just to see what was new, product-wise, or certified used Porsches for sale, etc.. Every time in between I walked out with time spent by Richard and the other sales staff with no deal done because I was not ready for anything they had available at that time. I have also had the servicing done on my Porsche here (there has just been routine servicing, no problems). My experience with Service has been excellent, the service staff and mechanics are professional but friendly and informative. They have not tried to sell me unnecessary services, and have accommodated my scheduling needs and transportation needs very well. My sales experience has also been satisfactory--the primary salesman I have interfaced with, Richard Presley, is professional, patient, friendly and not pushy. He worked with me to arrive at the most sensible pathways. On the vehicle I recently leased, Richard was out of the office for a while and I worked with another salesman, Mike Tunney, and he also treated me the same way. The two of them seemed to coordinate matters very smoothly also after Richard returned to the store. The General Manager, Carl Tofflemire, has also been appropriately attentive in the course of my dealings there. Also, the F&I office (Angie and Christine) has been professional and straightforward, not pushy, about add-ons such as clear bra, Lojack, etc. As far as transaction prices, value on trade-in, etc. I feel that Pacific has been fair with me and I have no complaints. I don't think Pacific views itself as a bargain basement type of store so someone looking for absolutely the cheapest deal may find other places more attractive, but again I feel Pacific is very professional, very fair, and has great continuity of personnel and attitude. And by the way, let's not forget that the Porsche Cayman S I had before and the current Carrera S Cabriolet are magnificent sports cars of the highest quality. What a great brand! More
I had a pleasant exprience from the minute I stepped in the office of the sales man Mina Ibrahim. I was a little worried since this was the first time I wanted to buy a different brand of Vehicle. I usuall the office of the sales man Mina Ibrahim. I was a little worried since this was the first time I wanted to buy a different brand of Vehicle. I usually purchase MBZ and I had never test drove any other car. I explained to him that I have never test drove any car and he was so calm and nice and we took a test drive. He was so Professional and Knowledgeable that there was no doubt in my mind that I had to have the car. The next day I returned with my husband and we purchased the car. Ever since then I have referred 3 of my friends to purchase their car form Mina Ibrahim at Pacific Porsche. I will recommend him to any one who asks me if I am happy with my car(which is alot almost on a daily basis)., He should be rewarded because if he did not have such a good attitude and a great customer service I would have never bought the car. I had walked away from Range Rover dealership because of their poor customer service right before I walked in to the Porsche dealership. I am very very pleased with my entire exprience at Pacific Porsche and with Mina Ibrahim. More
Great experience except that first trip to dealership was wasted on the wrong part having been ordered. As a result I drove 90 minutes total for nothing. On the second try, service and the quality of work wasted on the wrong part having been ordered. As a result I drove 90 minutes total for nothing. On the second try, service and the quality of work was top notch, as usual for this dealership. More

I felt we came to a fair price and the deal was completed. It was very quick and friendly. I usually am very defensive when purchasing cars because I always feel I'm getting taken advantage of. Matt made me feel comfortable and I felt I could trust him and Pacific Porsche. More
