Louie was terrific. I had to wait in the lounge area but nobody approached to ask if I needed anything, offer me water or coffee even though there is a really nice look I had to wait in the lounge area but nobody approached to ask if I needed anything, offer me water or coffee even though there is a really nice looking coffee bar etc, available. Not a good look for a presumed premium dealership. Feels like my business is not really important. Only Louie was the professional. Have to rethink if I need to go to Rocklin. More
