I took my car in for a recall. James was my service advisor. He was able to provide me with a loner and get me on my way within 30 minutes. Once I received my car back, my car was James was my service advisor. He was able to provide me with a loner and get me on my way within 30 minutes. Once I received my car back, my car was dirty from the night before due to the dust from the outside. The dealer went ahead and had my car cleaned once more. I really appreciated that extra level of service. I have to say that it was one of the best experiences I have had at a service center. More

I my opinion Jonathon Lewis is the best Service Advisor at Porsche Irvine. He did a great job communicating with me and providing me with timely feedback about the service issues and when my car would be at Porsche Irvine. I have had several Service Advisors over the last four years and he is by far the best. Jonathon was not working on the day I picked up my car but it left instructions to make sure my car got washed and cleaned the morning when I told him I would pick it up. I arrived they brought my car to me and it had not been washed and I had to point out that it was not washed. Unfortunately, I had to leave for a meeting so the car never got washed. It was unfortunate that Jonathon did such a great job and someone dropped the ball at the very end. More
