On a quiet Thursday afternoon around 2:00 pm, I entered the dealership but was not greeted by any of the salespeople present. Instead, they seemed to be engaged in conversations with each other, while one the dealership but was not greeted by any of the salespeople present. Eventually, I had to approach the manager, who appeared equally surprised by the lack of attention from the sales team. When I asked about the availability of Hybrid/E-Cayenne, the manager informed me that such a model did not exist, which was contradictory to the information displayed on their website. This experience gave me the impression that the dealership wasn't interested in making a sale, as they showed no initiative in assisting me or having sufficient knowledge about their inventory. Overall, my experience at the dealership was disappointing, and I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service and communication in the future. More

Place is a scam. Add on unnecessary services and don’t tell you they are extra and optional. Was charged $2103.31 in labor for a 60k service - separate charge for every task: $400 labor for oil change, $319 labor to change air filter, $580 labor to change spark plugs, etc. On-site experience at drop off and pick up was less than impressive as well, especially as a new customer. Will not go back to Porsche Irvine. More

My Porsche service advisor, Jon Lewis always makes our trip to the dealership a pleasure. It’s not every day you get someone as thorough and informative is Jon. From the time the vehicle is dropped off un trip to the dealership a pleasure. It’s not every day you get someone as thorough and informative is Jon. From the time the vehicle is dropped off until it’s picked up I’m in good hands. To top it off Porsche Irvine always sends me a video recorded by the mechanic. This video breaks down all the services that has been done on the vehicle. It entails an inspection, and what to keep a lookout for on the vehicle. Most people would say this is overkill, but to me it makes sense. I want to be informed because it gives me confidents the dealership is taking care of me instead of taking advantage of me. That’s why I choose Porsche Irvine. There’s no sense in being left in the dark and uninformed. Thanks you, Jon Lewis and Porsche Irvine. More
