At 47k miles the engine developed some mechanical issues. Mr. Gutierrez “went to bat” for me to ensure the repairs would be covered under warranty and Mr. Wu kept me informed on a regular basis as to the status of the repair. During the repair period, Porsche Irvine provided me a new Macan as a loaner vehicle. If anyone doubts the value in bringing their Porsche to the dealer for the recommended service intervals, I am a testimony as to “why” one should do it. Porsche Irvine sets the bar for customer service and is the reason I bring my Cayenne to them. As a result of my incredible experience, I am now looking at acquiring a new Cayenne in the future!
