The overall process wasn't bad but it's still a dealership experience which IMO sucks. The guys were friendly enough. Quality service and good customer experience. My only wish is that Porsche would clarify their service interval names. My car told me it needed an "Interim Service" and when I went to the deale My only wish is that Porsche would clarify their service interval names. My car told me it needed an "Interim Service" and when I went to the dealer they booked me for a 60,000 mile service even though my car had 55,000 miles on it. The rep explained that technically it's a 12 month service and the mileage doesn't really matter. This was confusing to me as a driver/customer and I wish they would be consistent with the naming. For example they could call the service X Months or 60k instead of just 60k. More

'I've been to 3 independent Porsche shops to find out why my check engine light was on my Cayenne Diesel. 7K later and the light still on I called Porsche N.A. to complain. From the get-go, I was treated to an all -perfect experience . Tom, my service writer was reassuring and pleasant to work with. The job took a few days but problem solved, the cost was lower than the estimate.. I'm a customer for life. More
