I've had bad experiences at other dealerships where the service adviser either knew very little about the cars, or tried to recommend unnecessary work, or both. That's not Sean. He's very knowledgable, and acts very much like your advocate when you come in for service. He inspires confidence. Sean is upbeat and friendly, and manages to keep cool despite the hectic atmosphere of customers calling and technicians coming in from the shop to report findings. The car dealership sales experience is important, but I believe that the quality of the service department is what really sets a dealership apart, and determines whether I would buy from that location again. More

Stop- go some where else! I bright My 2013 Cayenne S in for service as there was a light on indicating an AWD problem. My wife dropped off the car and told the service guy of t I bright My 2013 Cayenne S in for service as there was a light on indicating an AWD problem. My wife dropped off the car and told the service guy of the problem and mentioned a few days early she hit a pothole or something as there was a loud bang. Well turns out the differential in the front let go. Car has 18,000 miles on it. Sean in service was absolutely obnoxious. They gave her a Ford Fiesta loaner car and made this sound like her faullt. She drives the car to the mall, gym and supermarket. So repair is $13,000 and dealer said its not covered!! Really! I said call Porsche. They said no. I called Porsche and they were shocked by this. They opened a claim and scheduled a Porsche tech to go to Huntington Porsche. Porsche also recommended I get the car to another dealer!! So I took the car back and of course they left me this long nasty nite I had to sign. Grow up. Porsche Roslyn is fixing the car under warranty. Goodbye Hubtington Porsche. More

Beware service here is about as bad as it gets. Rich in service does not return calls and the service team screwed up my convertible top. Dont expect to drive out in a Porsche, they use enterprise.
