I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I received my vehicle back with multiple new scratches, including one deep enough to expose the metal. The piano black panel on the driver’s door, wh I received my vehicle back with multiple new scratches, including one deep enough to expose the metal. The piano black panel on the driver’s door, which had remained in excellent condition for nearly three years of daily use, is now visibly damaged following this service. Additionally, my dash cam was disconnected during the service without any explanation or authorization, preventing me from verifying what occurred while the vehicle was in your care. This raises serious concerns regarding the handling of my vehicle. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and appropriately. More
