11 days later and they still haven’t fixed the car that I made an appointment two weeks earlier. No loaner car. Nice staff, very careful with my car, a bit more expensive than other car brands but it was a good experience. Coffee was delicious, but Mercedes offers bagels, muffins and assorted cakes.
