Porsche Huntington - Service Center

The dealership did a routine service which included oil change, spark plugs, etc. Emily was terrific! The dealership didn’t have a loaner available, but offered to Uber me out and back for vehicle pick change, spark plugs, etc. Emily was terrific! When I asked Porsche to check the left side speaker which was crackling, Emily discovered /found that Porsche had issued a recall and the speaker was repaired at no additional cost to me. The car was washed by the dealership and looked clean when I picked it up. The dealership was asked to do three things, 30,000 service, NY State Inspection and repair/ replace the left speaker. I realized while driving away on the highway that Huntington Porsche forgot to do the NY state inspection. When I called Emily back she said that if I came back, they would inspect the vehicle, but by then it was rush hour traffic and growing dark. I’ll need to take the car to a nearby inspection site another day. More

I spoke with my salesmen and he was able to return my vehicle (temp.fix) to enjoy during the holiday. 2. I cannot comment on the service writers because I had little contact with them. The dealership is overcrowded, there are never loaners available and each time I bring the car in for service, it is retur little contact with them. Doesn't speak well for the quality control of how a car is discharged from the service department. More
