Brought my car to the dealer as I always do on Monday 5/22. Fluid leaking from the very rear of the car. 14 days later I was told it was probably a loose connection with a hose. Hose was tightened and it took three days to test drive the car. Results showed it was the water pump that was leaking and had to wait for a part. 12 days later the pump was replaced, a test drive was completed, and I picked up the car Saturday, 6/17/23. I thought 28 days was just too long a time period at the shop to complete the job. I was also talked into a wheel alignment when I had that done in November of 2022. More

Service was poor and communication was awful. Had appointment to bring car in on Thursday at 10am to replace a bushing for the convertible top. When I called at 10am on Tuesday, service agent had no idea what the status of car was. She called back to say that they had not even started the work. On top of the poor service and terrible communication, as a loaner vehicle they gave me a rental car (that I had to go and pick up) with an empty gas tank. Mentioned all to manager Joe P. He was concerned and apologetic. Told him I would most likely not be returning to Huntington Posche after the awful service experience I had. More
