No issues with service center. My issue is with making an appointment. I have to schedule 30 days out because of "loaner car shortage" and then they call me day before telling me My issue is with making an appointment. I have to schedule 30 days out because of "loaner car shortage" and then they call me day before telling me they still do not have loaner car. This is 3rd time it's happened. Should just say you don't have loaner and make appointment for that week. Making me wait a month for same answer is just annoying. More

Very disappointed this last visit. The interior of my vehicle was returned to me extremely dirty. I washed my car weekly and when I dropped my vehicle it was clean.
