I am very disappointed. Porsche Huntington previously evaluated my vehicle for a water leak but failed to identify the source. Despite conducting diagnostics and focusing th Porsche Huntington previously evaluated my vehicle for a water leak but failed to identify the source. Despite conducting diagnostics and focusing their attention on the roof, they overlooked what turned out to be an obvious issue. When I later discovered and pointed out the actual source of the problem, they requested yet another diagnostic—this after multiple evaluations over the past seven years. I’ve had eight diagnostics performed across three different dealerships, with each technician missing the issue. Now I’m being asked to pay for yet another diagnostic to confirm what I have already identified. This feels not only insulting, but also highly unprofessional. It reflects a troubling lack of attention to detail and customer care. More
