I had a great buying experience at Porsche Delaware. Rob Burrus and the team were fabulous. From initial contact by text, through phone calls, and finally an in-person visit to test drive and purchase, this was by far the easiest car purchase EVER! We traveled to Porsche Delaware from out of state and spent less than 2 hours at the dealership; all else was handled remotely and professionally, to include a superb delivery of the car to Virginia. Can't say enough about Rob's knowledge of the car and Porsches in general. Nothing worse than buying a car and finding out you know more than the sales rep; while this is my 5th Porsche, Rob knows much more than I will EVER know about these cars and we continue to rely upon his recommendations and knowledge. This is the way to run a business, sell cars, and ensure life-long loyalty from your customers!! More

THE PORSCHE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE .I purchased a 2018 CPO Cayenne Turbo from Porsche Delaware and took delivery on 7/15/20 with the most unprofessional delivery experience I have ever had in my lifetime. Th Cayenne Turbo from Porsche Delaware and took delivery on 7/15/20 with the most unprofessional delivery experience I have ever had in my lifetime. The vehicle was filthy outside and inside including a human hair in the passenger seat creases. A mechanic upon my arrival was finishing a computer download and advised there was no gas in the vehicle There were multiple door dings, scratches and paint chips that should have been addressed during the CPO process When I voiced my concern to my delivery ambassador he advised me “If you don’t want the car don’t take it, we will sell it to someone else”. I reluctantly took delivery of the vehicle with the hope of correcting the flaws at a later date .with the Mgr MICHAEL DIDIO who was not available at the time of delivery. I talked to Mr DIDIO the following week and he apologized for the horrible experience with very little concern to correct the deficiencies which left me with no other options then to contact Porsche of North America to file a complaint. The following week Mr DIDIO advised that he would give me $875 and a front signal light and that’s it towards a $4200 outstanding bill to correct all the deficiencies. Mr DIDIO then advised “The case is closed with Porsche, you can call them again and open a new one but I don’t care, they don’t tell me what to do”.I would not recommend Porsche Delaware to anyone as they are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever seen.
