I am deeply disappointed with the service and deceptive business practices this dealership provides. I made an online purchase for two rear tail lights totaling $1600.00. I assumed things would go seamlessly. After receiving a order confirmation, thank you letter, and funds debit I was happy. The next day big received a cancelation notice and was told my funds would be returned in 5 days. I was curious as to why this had occurred. I began trying to contact the dealership but phone contact was difficult. The parts department didn't answer but the sales department finally did. He stated he couldn't help me. Finally i received a very impersonal mail that said they were in the process of raising prices and refused to honor the sale. Personally, I view this as very unprofessional with regards to customer service. I continued the interaction via email but their only excuse was possible tariffs and that their prices might change, and the website was priced wrong. It may be redundant but I am deeply disappointed. Keith I
Porsche Delaware has excellent customer service and talented technicians. They provide prompt communication and do good work. They have kept my car in tip top shape for years.

The dealership is friendly & accommodating. Plenty of new & used inventory available. Clean & inviting appearance of showroom. We took my husband's car to be serviced and ended up buying another used vehicle for me.
Outstanding sales and delivery experience. I emailed a precise specification to several dealers in a 100-mile radius, asking for a price and allocation availability. Richie Garchitorena responded immediately with the most competitive figure. We closed the deal electronically. He produced precisely as promised; no effort to subsequently change the deal, add last-minute add-ons, or fudge in any way. Richie also did not suggest unnecessary accessories or inflated customizations. Over the next few months, Richie kept me posted about the build process and then, after the car was finished, processed the delivery at the dealer in less than one hour (to accommodate my tight schedule). When a few questions on how to operate certain features subsequently arose on a couple of occasions, Richie responded immediately by text with accurate guidance. Furthermore, when I returned to Porsche Delaware about 30 days after delivery for a minor vehicle adjustment, Richie arranged a loaner for me while the work was performed and then delivered my car to me 90 miles away. This is first class sales and service experience worthy of the brand.
