When I decided that I wanted to consider the purchase of a Porsche I made my way to the dealership armed only with the information that I had learned on the Porsche website and many years of admiring Porsch a Porsche I made my way to the dealership armed only with the information that I had learned on the Porsche website and many years of admiring Porsches that I would see on the road. Given my wide eyes and awe of the vehicles, I was probably primed for a quick sales pitch and being convinced to buy more than my wallet allowed. However, I encountered something much different at Porsche of Delaware. I was greeted with a very knowledgable sales force that truly wanted to educate me about the automobiles and help me make the right decision for my circumstances. My initial sales person, Dan, was very freindly and was willing to spend as much time as necessary to provide the help I needed. I was initially interested in a Cayman so we took several test drives in different variations of that model. The car and it's capabilities were clearly explained to me and I felt comfortable making the decision that I wanted to go with the Cayman S. I was next introduced to the Sales Manager, Alex Witham. Alex has a contagious passion and love for these autos. When selecting the options for my car I felt like we were two young kids excited about getting our first bicycles. Alex was extremely patient and helpful with the ordering process however, this was far from over as I changed my mind about a half dozen times over the coming months. At each stage of my evolution to ultimately changing my order to a 911 Carrera, Alex was supportive, helpful and never seemed to be annoyed with my ever changing preferences. His in depth knowledge of the order process, various options and configurations was extremely valuable in arriving at my final configuration. We probably re-wrote the purchase order 5 or 6 times over a 2 month period. Throughout this process Alex was always responsive and available to answer questions. Once my order was finalized Alex had to do a lot of behind the scenes work to secure an allocation for the 911 derivative that I wanted and work for a build date that would put me in the car as soon as possible. He delivered on both. When I finally took delivery of my 911 I was greeted by Alex and David. My original sales person Dan was out for medical reasons so David took over and gave me a thorough walk-thru of the operation of the vehicle and it's controls. Both Alex and David gave me a moment to just take in the experience and congratulated me on my purchase. It was truly a pleasure to do business with individuals who truly care about the product they sell and the customer. I was treated in a fair, friendly yet professional manner. It was clear to see that Alex is truly knowledgable and, as stated before, passionate about Porsches. I will definitely purchase my next Porsche from these guys. More

I recently purchased a Cayenne s hybrid from Porsche of Delaware. I started my due diligence on the hybrid last august as I was very interested in the new power train and the new generation Cayenne. I contacted multiple dealers from Florida to Pennsylvania and came up short on useful information until I talked with Alex Witham at Porsche of Delaware .Alex is first and foremost an enthusiast. he spent a half day with us discussing all manner of Porsche topics and helping us spec out our car and place the order. He understood my concerns regarding buying a car with a new drive train that I had not had a chance to test drive personally. He accepted my order with the assurance that if I was not happy with the way the car performed, I was off the hook and my deposit would be refunded. Daniel was a great help familiarizing us with the new generation cayenne and taking us on a great test drive. He must have nerves of steel as he talked me through a great twisting road from the back seat as I was exploring the capabilities of a new cayenne turbo, just so I could familiarize myself with the new generation cayenne. There was never any hesitation on my request for a test drive worthy of a Porsche. The purchase went off without a hitch and I am extremely pleased with my hybrid. Very good economy for a large SUV and porsche performance on demand. It doesn't get any better than that. Alex was a great resource before and after the sale as he did extensive research for me to help me make the right choice for a set of winter wheels and tires and to facilitate the application of a clear bra to protect the front of our new Porsche The service department is equally impressive. I had the oil changed at 1000 miles, just my thing, and recently switched out the winter wheels and tires for the summer 21's with pirellis. On both occasions they picked up my car, I live in Maryland, and left a Porsche loaner for me to use. The work was done correctly and in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable cost. I have had the pleasure of owning multiple high end vehicles, Porsches, Mercedes, BMWs, and Range Rovers purchased from a number of good dealers, but Alex and his team at Porsche of Delaware are head and shoulders above the rest. I look forward to my next 911 purchase with Alex and have already recommended him to a couple of friends without reservation Unequivocally the most enjoyable new car purchase I have ever made. More
