He produced precisely as promised; no effort to subsequently change the deal, add last-minute add-ons, or fudge in any way. Richie also did not suggest unnecessary accessories or inflated customizations. Over the next few months, Richie kept me posted about the build process and then, after the car was finished, processed the delivery at the dealer in less than one hour (to accommodate my tight schedule). When a few questions on how to operate certain features subsequently arose on a couple of occasions, Richie responded immediately by text with accurate guidance. Furthermore, when I returned to Porsche Delaware about 30 days after delivery for a minor vehicle adjustment, Richie arranged a loaner for me while the work was performed and then delivered my car to me 90 miles away. Just absolutely perfect interactions from beginning to end. Out of state purchase for a new Cayenne. They let me know when pickup would be, sent pictures prior to pickup and everything went 100% as scheduled. I would also be remiss if I did not mention Jennifer Beamish in the Business Office for calling and getting all paperwork sent (most all via email and electronic with a couple documents Fedex to me overnight to complete all paperwork). In addition, they are able to complete all my TN state taxes, registration, title work, etc. I know a lot of dealers can do this for adjoining states, but had not experienced this for a state further away. This was done on their side, and a month later my registration and plates came to me with all taxes and fees paid. Just a completely well-organized and well-ran dealership, and will be my future Porsche dealer for purchases from here on out. More
