I would like to thank Mark for his incredible efforts on the delivery of the 2026 Cayenne. He really made a miracle happen with the trade-in of my 2023 Cayenne on the last day of the lease given the nearly the delivery of the 2026 Cayenne. He really made a miracle happen with the trade-in of my 2023 Cayenne on the last day of the lease given the nearly 1 month delay in the 2026 Cayenne arrival in Burlington. Moreover, his gracious extras were a welcomed surprise and much appreciated to make the overall delivery individual and spectacular. I hope his Managment realizes the great lengths he goes through to make his customers feel special.
