Mark was prepared, patient, and professional. He had the vehicle I wanted to test drive ready and waiting when I arrived. When it came time to decide on price he and his manager gave me time to make an informed decision and weren’t pushy. Naturally, I was comfortable doing business with them and made the decision to move forward. The entire dealership was professional and prepared. When it was time to pick up the vehicle Mark had everything prepped and ready to roll. Mark and his team really challenged the car salesman stereotype, and I appreciated it.
