I started searching locally (in Iowa) several weeks prior to finding the right vehicle at Porsche Beachwood. The process was painfully unpleasant and the vehicles were not exactly what I was looking for. I finally found the vehicle I was looking for online through Porsche Beachwood. Nicole helped me through the process and made me feel as though I was her only customer. We agreed on terms and she marked the vehicle as sold, so I didn't have to worry about the car being sold before I flew out. I arrived at the dealership; the car was immaculate and looked even better than I expected. I drove the car home 500 miles without any issues. Nicole and Porsche Beachwood surpassed my expectations in every category. This is how car buying should be, and I will check with this dealership for any future vehicle purchases. Thanks to Nicole and Andrew for making this process easy and enjoyable. - Cole (Des Moines, IA) More
Hands down the BEST Dealership!!!! I have to give you a little back log for this to make sense...... So myself, I am in my early 30's, and a bachelor. There are 2 thing I am obsessed with; swiss made watches and European cars. (pretty common right guys) I buy a new car on average every year and a half, so I am MORE than experienced in in the process, customer service, negotiating the deal, continued service, doing the research on the car etc..... The problem I have always had is that, somewhere down the line, the dealer does not disclose certain info, or they lie, or they tell you the car was never in an accident when it was and so on, so I never had a dealership where I could be a repeat customer at. That all changed. About a month ago, I found a car online that Porsche had out in Beachwood. I set up an apt to go see it and was assigned to a salesman named Stephen Dumperth. He was different from the very start of the process. He was very kind and likable. he helped me with everything from start to finish, and was very in the know with the car, and the history of the car. Long story short, I bought the car.... Here's why I am writing this review. Steve is a stand up guy, and he wasn't there to make a quick sale. He understands sales like I do, and he knows the benefit of establishing relationships, because from this point forward, I will only buy from him, weather he stays at Porsche or not. He has helped me out with several things after the transaction was complete, like going out of his way to get me the title, having service wash my car, etc..... Now about the dealership. Their service department is outstanding, they work promptly and are very professionally. I took my car in today to them install new wheels on it, and every one there is on top of their game, no nonsense, no run around, just a bunch of guys and gals that love cars. Steve even came back to the service department just to say "what's up" and make sure everything is good with the car. That combination is killer. They are NOT some fly by night chop shop selling high end cars for (half they price) because they were totaled in an accident out of state. They are all about quality. These are true professionals that are very detail oriented that are there to help you get what what you want in the budget you are working with. Well, guys, I'll see ya next year when I'm ready for my next one, Hopefully you are still at Porsche Steve, because that's one xxxx of an operation! A VERY satisfied customer, -Ryan Layman. More
This dealer is not interested in your satisfaction. Overall a very rude experience. The car was listing on eBay as perfect condition, no dint, no scratch, no mechanical issue, to find out after driving Overall a very rude experience. The car was listing on eBay as perfect condition, no dint, no scratch, no mechanical issue, to find out after driving the car back from Beachwood to Novi, after 100 miles, overheating and stopped on the middle of the road, the Air condition are not working, finally after 8 hours instead of 3 hours I was home, I was in a hurry to come back to work, so I didn't check the body "I know it is my fault to trust those people", the car has a big scratch/dent on the passenger side back door and that the tires listed as 80% life on them, but the dealer said have to replace immediately, it is less than 20% life on them. So far it cost me over $1200 to fix the heating problem and the Air-condition, and I will cost about $1000 to replace the tires, and may be another $1000 to fix the dint/scratch. Porsche of Beachwood refused to take responsibility for anything. Avoid buying from them, they are not trusted people. More
