Rather than engaging prospective clients through collaborative relationship-building, management adopts an adversarial and dismissive approach when handling standard valuation discrepancies. When leadership displays this level of arrogance, it dictates the culture of the entire dealership. Premium buyers deserve far better; I strongly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values long-term client trust. The General Manager, George McCarley is openly hostile and dismissive rather than being professional.
