I explained to him what I wanted and he found a vehicle that I absolutely love in no time. When the car was delivered, Scott took the time to explain all the features in my 2023 A-4. He was thorough and clear, and I felt very comfortable asking questions. Mark was/is super reliable and nice! Bryann was/is also so kind and patient. I bombarded her with questions. She accurately answered them with a smile. I also had the pleasure of meeting Carlos from the Service Department. He was highly recommended by my physical therapist.
