Flemington VW is one of the nicer dealership we have been to and everyone is courteous. Some dealerships just don’t treat you as well when they know they don’t have the car you are looking for in stoc been to and everyone is courteous. We worked with Michael Franks and it has been nothing but joyful experience working with him. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell what we did not want (just because they have it in stock). He actually put in an effort to search for a car we wanted and got it. We didn’t live close to the dealership so after the first visit, we connected over the phone to discuss about getting the car we wanted. Michael Franks has been really good at keeping us updated about everything and guiding us through the whole process, even with some aspects of the financing process. When the car arrived, Michael Franks notified us right away. We went there to pick up the car and Jon Budd (the finance guy) was awesome and made the closing process so painless, simple, quick and easy. He offered but did not pressure us to get any add ons when we told them we didn’t want any of it but the extended warranty. He also worked with us for the price of the extended warranty. Overall, it is an amazing experience purchasing from Flemington VW, and working with Michael Franks and Jon Budd. More
