Jason was professional and prompt, and always called when he said he would, which I really appreciated. When we came to an agreement he told me exactly what I needed to do with regard to my insurance company, and method of payment so I could purchase the car that same day. His detailed explanation made the whole process when I arrived so smooth and so simple, no backtracking calling the bank or insurance company. Jason and the entire Flemington VW staff I met were friendly, courteous, professional, and accommodating. Jason went to great lengths to go over the vehicle features hands on.
