I have now been back for 2 panameras, a cayenne, a GT3, a GT2RS and i would not think twice about buying another car from John Nelson. The porsche brand speaks for itself; and John speaks for the customers best interest. He is all about integrity and honesty and getting you the best deal he can. Its not about the dealer profit or the markup in the car, its about having a customer receive a great deal and being truly happy with their buying experience. They have taken their customer experience to such a level that if an employee is not truly customer focused they dont last at this dealership. Pride in their customers and their cars and the deals are what Flemington Porsche is all about. IF you want a great experience, at a great price, then you need to shop your next porsche with John Nelson. Oh and one more thing, dont settle with that baloney that you have to buy the car thats been sitting on the lot in the rain and sun for months that other larger dealers have their inventory with tall grass growing under your next new car. This is the 2nd time I got my Audi from Flemington & the experience is as much a pleasure as the last. Everybody is so friendly and accommodating, I don't feel intimidated as in other dealerships. When considering a 2012 Audi A7, I could have gone to an Audi dealer much closer to my NJ home. Rather, I decided to go to Flemington Audi, because of the great reviews on-line by others about their positi Audi dealer much closer to my NJ home. By comparison, the more local dealer to my home was the opposite with many very poor and negative comments. Early on, even before first visit to the showroom, information was readily provided on the A7 by email. My visits to the dealership and eventual purchase of a 2012 Audi A7 from Debbie Lotufo only confirmed the comments of many others and made this probably one of my best and most pleasant car purchase. At the time, I was also considering a competitive model from another dealer at the same price point, which Debbie was aware of throughout our discussions. Never did she pressure me or try to bias me with exaggerated statements on the A7 or offer negative comments about the other car. She and her colleagues just answered my many questions and provided whatever information I requested to eventually make my own informed decision to select the A7. Even though this was a high demand new model, I was offered pricing considerations. While waiting for delivery, Debbie continually maintained contact with me with updates, etc. Post-delivery, she has contacted me several times to be sure everything was OK and offering help, if needed. I would definitely recommend Flemington Audi and Debbie Lotufo without question for an Audi purchase. More
