(How can a salesperson ignore this???) I contacted Flemington Audi, and within a couple of days of my first conversation with Debbie LoTufo, I had placed a deposit on a car that matched my specs. It was in my driveway shortly afterwards. The whole transaction was very easy, fast, pleasant, and stress-free. She went WAY above and beyond what I would consider normal, courteous customer service. I highly recommend her and this dealership. More

I visited several dealerships and was ready to give up for the day. I was driving past the audi dealer and decided to stop in. I was greeted as I entered the showroom and asked if I needed any help or was just looking. I explained my situation and Dan spent a lot of time trying to find out what was important to me in a vehicle. Once he understood my driving habits and what I valued in a vehicle, he showed me several vehicles and provided an interesting comparison of the various vehicles. He highlighted for me the different features and benefits to the different models. I asked Dan a lot of questions about each vehicle and he was happy to answer all my questions. If he did not have the answer at his fingertips (like what options are offered that are not on this vehicle) , he was happy to go get the information . While I was alone looking at one of the vehicles the manager of the dealership came over to introduce himself, thank me for stopping in and ask if I was being treated properly and if all my questions were being answered. He gave me his card and said if I needed anything to give him a call. Dan returned provided me with copies of the stickers from the vehicles which met my needs and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. He never once pressured me to make a decision, or to push one vehicle over another. I thanked him for his help and he said to call him if I had any questions or concerns. The next day I called Dan and asked him a few more questions about the vehicles and asked him to give me a price on the one I was interested in purchasing. He promptly returned my call with a competitive price. We discussed a few other items and came to an agreement on price. He also offered to drive the vehicle to my home.(an hour away) due to the fact that I did not have a trade to drive up in. He delivered the vehicle on time and in terrific shape. He then spent the next two hours explaining all of the functions of the car, the warranties and how to get the most enjoyment from the vehicle. It was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had (I am 65 years old and never owned a car more than 4 years) I would highly recommend Dan and Flemington Audi to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. They were terrific. More

I noticed that most dealerships on here have almost a perfect 5 star rat First off, let me qualify the tendency for positive rating bias on this site. I noticed that most dealerships on here have almost a perfect 5 star rating, yet when I step into some of the dealerships listed I do not understand how it could be the same place. I believe it doesn't really mean anything if everyone is near perfect. That is a certain shame, because Ron Neall and the guys that worked with me at Flemington VW Audi Porsche genuinely deserve a 5-star rating, and it can just get lost in this sea of perfect scores. I never expected my car buying experience to be seamless and dare I say - enjoyable. But Ron and company proved me wrong, and I am so glad of it. The first person that touched based with me after an inquiry for a car was the internet manager Ren, very friendly gentleman, and he paired me with a salesperson who he thought would be a good fit for me. Soon after I got a phone call from Ron and when I spoke on the phone with him, it did not feel like the typical dry, rehearsed and transactional conversation that I was used to hearing. He was very easy going/answered all of my general questions, and had a good sense of humor so we set things in motion. Just to back up briefly. I had previous gone to another Audi dealership in the central jersey area, who will not be named - they were no different a lot of other dealerships ones I've visited, more or less indifferent. That particular Audi dealership I visited twice, but I did not get a good vibe. So I decided to go to Flemington, over an hour away to get a chance to test drive a hard to find A4 manual trans. When I got there, Ron and Ren greeted me and my mother very warmly and Ron soon after brought the car out for us. Instantly night and day off the bat. Presentation goes far, and they had the car detailed before my test drive, which made it look even more spectacular than it already does. Ron explained all the main features before we even started, his knowledge of the car was impressive and very informative. When we went out for a spin, he directed me to back roads that are perfect for test driving a sporty car. It was a long enough drive that I was able to get a good feel for the car. After the test drive, it was down to brass tacks. I had done a lot of homework, as all car buyers should, on the internet about build price /invoice price fee and such to get an idea. He was straight with me about all the incentives/rebates and car pricing which matched what I had found online from various resources. I had a number calculated before I stepped foot into the dealership about what a GREAT deal would be for me. Ron asked me what I though worked for us, and I was hesitant to show my number to him but I took a chance and gave it to him, he took it back to the sales manager Doug, and they both came back in 5 minutes and we shook hands on it - deal made. Completely painless, no pressure or 'start high work low' sales tactics from them. Shortly after, Corey came in for the financing part and was very friendly and on top of things. I had a good rate in hand already, but they worked through and found me a better one, so I went with Flemington's proposal. Long story short, I drove the car home that day, am very happy with my purchase and Ron followed up with me two days afterwards just to check in. 'Service with a smile' - you guys nailed it. Just excellent, if I could give you 6 stars I would. More

Everyone that works there is very nice and the place has a real "team" environment. For me, the best part of working with these guys was our experience with Deb Lotufo. Deb is a true professional and was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted at a price that we were very comfortable with. Deb was never pushy and was quite patient with us during the process until we were ready to buy. Based on this positive experience, we would definitely return to Flemington to buy another car in the future. More

At the same time, it was hard to find the car I wanted as it was near the end of the model year and I was rather particular about the color and the interior set-up. Tony, Ed and Chris worked very hard with Audi to get compensation to either replace the transmission or cover the spread in trade value if I purchased a new car. While I had to compromise in the end on the color and options, I felt like they worked very hard on my behalf and were professional throughout the process. I would recommend them again as I purchased my last Audi from them in 2011 and had a good experience as well. Good people. More
