But what really makes the service exceptional is the team members. We were taken care of by Christina and we had A LOT of questions for her. She was amazingly patient and clearly explained our options. We hope the management knows what a star she is. And Carlos checked us out later in the day; his professional demeanor is an asset of note as well.
