My husband had been speaking to Sue DePasque and Rob Barcellona We had such a wonderful experience at your dealership and felt compelled to reach out. My husband had been speaking to Sue DePasque and Rob Barcellona this week about a car in which we were interested and we finally had time to come visit today. While we were waiting for answers from the Finance Dept, we talked to Rob about what the top end of our budget was. He explained to us that the dealership did everything they could to get the price where we needed, but, that if the price wasn't within our budget and we weren't comfortable, this might not work for us. He was very sincere and didn't pressure us to buy a car that we couldn't easily afford, but said that we might just need to part as "friends" and keep in touch when another vehicle became available. We really appreciated his honesty and that there wasn't the typical "oh, let me talk to my manager" nonsense that we all see from car sales people. And, although we weren't able to make a deal today, I wouldn't hesitate to travel the 45 minutes again to buy a car from Flemington VW and, especially, Rob Barcellona. Thank you all. More

Excellent service from sales staff, Ron Neall, from beginning to end, of our special order car, at a fair price, makes coming here a very pleasant experience. Mr. Neall spent a great deal of time patiently showing us different models, listening to us, and working with us to find the best car for our needs. We hold on to our cars for a very long time - usually 10 years, and Flemington Audi service helps make that possible. More

Located the impossible! I wanted a very specific Audi Q3 Prestige with color/interior + sport option. I checked all the local Audi dealerships. No one had this vehicle with t I wanted a very specific Audi Q3 Prestige with color/interior + sport option. I checked all the local Audi dealerships. No one had this vehicle with these options. I was told by one dealership that this vehicle did not exist! I worked with Victor Belisle via the Internet. He located the exact Q3 in the Audi import lot in Davisville, Rhode Island. The impossible was located! Picked up the Q3 a week later. I worked with Madison Kircher to finalize the acquisition and review the functionality for my new Audi.
