At first, the Salesman was not familiar at all about my request, but he was not deterred. Over the next few months, he proceeded to gather all the information he could find about this new model and share it with me. He didn't just try to sell me any car… he was genuinely interested in helping me get the exact car I wanted. During this time, I also shopped around to every Audi dealer in Central and North Jersey, but I always ended up circling back to Flemington. They never gave me a reason to go anywhere else. Even when it came to negotiating... it was done over a few short text messages. Later that same night, I stopped in and custom ordered the Sportback with an exclusive Audi color. The entire process was effortless. A few months later... the vehicle arrived at the port and Peter was able to work a last minute miracle for a Sat delivery. I was shocked when I got the call before Noon that the Carrier arrived and the car was being unloaded. By 4pm, the car was prepped, ready, and delivered to me in pristine condition. when you think audi ...think flemington audi. greetings..... today i purchased a 2018 audi a5 sportback from audi of flemington. i am retired and that gives me time to shop around. in addition greetings..... today i purchased a 2018 audi a5 sportback from audi of flemington. i am retired and that gives me time to shop around. in addition im a car buff who likes cars and does a good deal of research before i purchase. audi of flemington was my first stop, because their initial offer was good. but for peace of mind but i needed to confirm that. so i visted a few other dealerships and ended up right where i started. their deal on my trade and the new car were so good , no other dealership even came close. i dont know how they did it, but they did. when i get poor service or the run around i will complain. but when im treated well i will also compliment. and so i came here to say in addition to a very good deal i was treated very well. from the starting point internet sales with natasha sterlacci, to the finish line with the finance rep corey evans. most of my time in between was spent with my sales rep madison kircher ,and sales manager pete costigan. they spend a good amount of time with me, they were very informative, patient and professional. we all know car buying can sometimes be stressful, but they made it very easy. i left with a big smile on my face. they have won numerous awards among individuals as well as the dealership in general, and its easy to understand why. do yourself a favor. if you are shopping for audi, give them a visit. im confident they will make it worth your while. First, getting to the right price took maybe three minutes. And this was for a 2018 A5 S Line. Not exactly a hard car for them to to sell, and they didn't know that I had already shopped around. They know what the other dealers are doing so they don't waste your time playing games with that. Second, when it comes to all the questions I had, which involved many calls, their thorough answers, easy manner and patience with me was very appreciated. It's obvious they understand how important the little things are to each client. Third, when it came to complications with the paperwork (on my end - not theirs) their help in getting it cleared up quickly was great. Bottom line, you can shop around like I did (a lot), but when I went there it was like I had just wasted my time everywhere else. And for me, this dealership is an hours drive with several others within 20 to 30 minutes. Worth it. More
