Follow up calls were returned promptly but with no pressure, as he answered my many questions. I took test drives at different dealerships (some Audi and VW, are well as other brands) as I honed in on what I really wanted. So I can tell you my treatment at Flemington was hands down, the most respectful and stood out from the rest! The financial transaction is where prior purchases at other dealers/brands have gone sour but not at Flemington. No shenanigans, no “missing” deposit money. I recently purchased an Audi A5 and the process was a breeze. From the moment we walked into the door, we were greeted by friendly people who are eager to help. Debbie, my salesperson, was patient, informative and professional through each step, from test driving the car to negotiations and eventually finding my exact vehicle (which took only a few days!). It was also a pleasure to work with Doug and Corey who each answered all my questions and concerns, and worked diligently to make the buying process as smooth as possible.
