The 2022 car market can be difficult due to limited vehicle availability. However, from the start she clearly communicated their existing inventory and incoming shipments with clear straightforward pricing. At no point did Nancy or anyone at the dealership try to sneak in price increases or unexplained fees. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely had the interest of the shopper in mind.
