I could not have been more pleased with my most recent service experience. I had an alert come on while on the highway and called into the service dept to see what it meant as I was not able to stop. I was disconnected while waiting based on the area I was in and received a call back from Carlos within a few minutes. He was able to calm my nerves, assured me the car was safe to drive and made me an appointment for the following morning so they could check it. Drop off of my car and pick up of the loaner was seamless the next day and Carlos called me by my name before I even walked in. The personalized service is truly appreciated. Within an hour of dropping off my car I received the video from my tech explaining exactly what the issue was and how he was going to address it. Within a few hours, Carlos called me back with the full update and confirmed the repair was covered under my warranty. As it was later in the day and we had already made plans, Carlos confirmed I could bring the loaner back the following morning when I picked up my car. Overall- a fantastic experience. Thank you!!
