We knew that it was going to be a more expensive car then the one we had at the time, but we also wanted to keep the monthly payment within a reasonable price range. John and Peter worked together to make that happen for us. They were patient, kind and honest in the way they worked - which was different then what we had seen from other dealerships. The other dealerships we went to were only focused on making money off of us, and didn’t take the time to really see what we were looking for and to work with us to find a reasonable monthly payment. Third time's the charm This was our third experience with a Porsche dealer and it was by far the best one. Initially started out by speaking with Victor for internet sales a This was our third experience with a Porsche dealer and it was by far the best one. Initially started out by speaking with Victor for internet sales about the Macan and my trade-in. After a few pleasant discussions we agreed on a convenient date for us to stop by. It was a gloomy Friday evening but we made the 50 mile trek to Flemington, and had a wonderful experience with Larry. He took his time to both get to know us better, and show us the Macan via a long test drive, followed by a visit to their service bay as it had started to rain. Afterwards we went in and did some number crunching to get a fair value for our trade in. By this time it was past 9pm, yet Larry never applied unnecessary pressure or tactics to make a deal that we were not comfortable with. Even after we signed and placed a deposit, Larry still remained to answer any lingering questions we had. During the follow up visit we dealt with Jon Budd who handled the financing aspects, and he too was very professional and courteous from start to finish. I made a few more trips after the purchase to get the XPEL film and front window tints completed (with help from Jon), and in both instances the staff was warm and welcoming. Special mention to Ben C from service who helped to set up the loaner. The dealership is quite far from our residence, however based on our experience we will definitely be back for servicing and future purchases. I highly recommend the team at Flemington Porsche! More
