We called before coming to test drive and they made sure to have the CPO vehicle we were interested in prepped and ready (they wiped down the interior because of covid 19 concerns), and had us on our way in just a few minutes. Troy called us while we were on our way to make sure we knew exactly how to find him, including which jug handle to take on Rte 31. We produced some research we'd done on pricing and they met us with a very fair deal. We drove off in the car we came to look at that same day.
