By far the best car buying experience ever! I spent several months speaking with quite a few NJ dealerships over the course of several months (Audi & others). I was deciding between Flemington I spent several months speaking with quite a few NJ dealerships over the course of several months (Audi & others). I was deciding between Flemington Audi & another - both were able to offer the same price on a comparable Audi Q3. There is a dealership closer to my home (20 minutes away) but said they could not even come close to that for me to chose one of the others. I had settled on one that was 30 minutes away vs. Flemington only as a result of the distance. Unfortunately, I made the wrong choice. I waited well over a month & still the car did not arrive. Both my husband & daughter said they are just stringing me along. I had heard several differing stories or did not get a response. So i called YVONNE HINTON back & asked could she still get the car we had been talking about. I explained what happened & she said let me get to work. The one we had been speaking about was sold ... BUT she found me one at another dealership. All told - it took 5 days to get this process done .... & mostly over the telephone. Once I got to Flemington Audi - I was impressed by the people! John Rachmiel & Nancy Werner were very helpful. I did not feel pressure whatsoever. How unusual for car buying!! For certain, they have made a loyal customer out of me!! I'm sad they are so far away as I know the service department is just as customer oriented & pleasant. The car is BEAUTIFUL!! White with Okapi brown leather seats. Just gorgeous. My daughter's friends said, "this car is SICK!" (that's a good thing to a 17 year old)!! Thank you YVONNE!! You are awesome. Thank you also to John & Nancy. So glad we decided to take the drive further. Beyond Happy!! More

Jason remembers what we always look for in a car and he has a way of surprising us with a cool feature or two at the very end when he delivers the car to us. For example, on our recent purchase, he saved Apple Car Play as a surprise when he was setting up my phone connection. I was elated, I could have hugged him and probably would have had we not been in the COVID-19 situation. I highly recommend this dealership and everyone is very friendly. They will not steer you wrong. More

I told them what I was willing to pay and Gregg got it done. Nancy in finance was also very friendly and thorough. The car we purchased only ended up having one key - After a couple of weeks Gregg called me and said the owner returned the second key and he mailed it to me - I considered this going above and beyond as they very easily could have done nothing with it. We have had several cars from this family of dealerships and I must say I have never felt pressured or treated unfairly. More
