Much to my pleasure, my experience was the complete opposite thanks to Jason and Doug’s professionalism and friendliness. Their attentiveness, knowledge, and patience made me feel so at ease and cared for despite the purchase process itself taking some time (financing calls and otherwise). The hours flew by thanks to Jason and Doug’s personable manner - we shared life stories, laughs, bantered, and more! The VW team altogether really went above and beyond to make my experience a special and smooth one (they even gifted me a VW hat and keychain!). Jason reached out during the weeks following just to make sure all was OK and kept me posted on my service status which speaks to his dedication to stellar customer service. Was a good experience getting our Atlas serviced this past weekend. Would have expected an oil change and tire rotation to take less than an hour but my bigger concern was there was no bench or seats out past weekend.
