I have been very satisfied with my interaction with the Audi service technicians with whom I have had contact. They have been friendly, seem very knowledgeable (I am not) and have answered all my questions Audi service technicians with whom I have had contact. They have been friendly, seem very knowledgeable (I am not) and have answered all my questions. I have also been very satisfied with the work performed by the technicians. On one occasion I neglected to turn off my windshield wipers while going through an independent car wash and shredded one of the rubber attachments. I immediately drove to the dealership. The service technician sent me to the parts department (also friendly), they provided me with a replacement set of wipers (unfortunately I could not just purchase the one that was shredded - no fault of the dealership) and a technician immediately installed the one that needed to be replaced in the pouring rain! From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time that I left with the replaced windshield wiper could not have taken more than 15-20 minutes. Wow! I intend that all my future cars will be purchased and/or leased and serviced at Flemington Audi. More

With low pressure, respect for my many years of car buying experience, and my being an educated car buyer who came in with internet research, I was made to feel comfortable. At end of day, I paid a little more than I wanted, but I would rather pay more for a great experience than pay less somewhere else that treats you poorly or who plays tricks post sale. Flemington Audi was great and I highly recommend them and Rouba as a sales consultant. I also had a great experience with the sales manager, but I unfortunately do not recall his name. Nancy in finance was also pleasant and easy to work with. I look forward to future business with this dealer. More
